Recruitment Consultant & Staffing Augmentation Intern
Internship Description:
- Forge connections with the Most Placeable Candidates (MPCs) and hiring companies: You will proactively network and build relationships with both highly skilled candidates and companies seeking top talent.
- Analyse and fulfil the needs of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Staffing Augmentation, and Headhunting assignments: You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique hiring requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Proactively source candidates to fill current vacancies and anticipate future requirements: You will leverage your research and sourcing skills to identify and engage with the most qualified candidates.
- Facilitate recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and screening calls: You will play an active role in the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and clients.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey: You will prioritize the needs and concerns of candidates, fostering a strong employer brand and enhancing our reputation.
- Manage outsourcing partnerships (RPO, Remote, ITBPM): You will collaborate with our strategic partners to deliver comprehensive talent solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Conduct in-depth studies and comparisons of recruitment tools and methodologies: You will explore and evaluate the latest technologies and best practices in the recruitment industry, contributing to our continuous improvement.
