Role:

Investment and Finance Intern

Internship Description:

  • Research and Analysis: Research potential investment opportunities and analyze financial data.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare reports and presentations summarizing investment analysis and recommendations.
  • Market Monitoring: Keep abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and news affecting investment decisions.

N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.

Internship Requirements:

  • An ideal investment intern should have a solid academic background and be enrolled in a finance-related undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent analytical and quantitative skills are essential.
  • Prior experience or coursework in investment analysis, financial modelling, or portfolio management is preferred.
  • Candidates with familiarity with investment research tools and databases and knowledge of basic accounting principles are desirable.
  • Should possess strong communication skills, work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to upholding professional integrity.
