Legal / Law Intern
Internship Description:
- Conduct legal research on regulations and policies relevant to renewable energy projects.
- Support in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Assist in due diligence processes for potential project acquisitions or partnerships.
- Manage intellectual property matters related to innovative renewable energy technologies.
- Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to provide valuable support and gather essential information.
