GDPR Requests

You are entitled to request us to erase any personal data we hold about you under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You are also entitled to request access to any personal data we hold or to request a correction or erasure of data that has been made public. You can do this as an individual or as an authorised party on behalf of another individual.

We will do our best to respond promptly and in any event within one month of the following:

• Our receipt of your written request; or
• Our receipt of any further information we may ask you to provide to enable us to comply with your request, whichever happens to be later.

We’ll then process your request and email you within one calendar month. 

The information you supply in this form will only be used for the purposes of identifying the personal data you are requesting and responding to your request. For us to act on your request, we need to be able to verify your identity e.g. driving licence, passport, recent correspondence addressed to you.

If you are requesting access on behalf of another individual you will be required to provide written authorisation from the Data Subject. Sample declaration:
“I confirm that I am the data subject named in Question 3. I give permission for the person or organisation named below to act on my behalf in relation to my subject access request. I have enclosed the evidence of my identity and confirm that I want my personal data to be sent to my representative at the email address below. I understand that the information I have supplied will be used to confirm my identity and help locate the information I have requested. I also understand that it may be used for statistical and monitoring purposes.“
