Is there any research or analysis that you could benefit your organisation but you don’t have capacity to complete it yourself?

Do you have an ongoing scenario that would benefit from outside research and analysis?

If the answer to either of the above is yes, tell us about it and we will assign it to our participants as a research project.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• We will capture the details in the form of a ‘Problem’ or ‘Opportunity’ below and list this anonymously on our website. When our participants express interest we will introduce them to you so they can understand the details.
• Students will work on your project in pairs or small groups (up to four) for various durations, typically from 4-12 weeks, which will be clarified with you at the beginning. Unlike an internship, we only ask that the students check in once per week with the ‘Company Advisor’ from your organisation to make sure they’re progressing your project along the right lines.
• At the end the students will present their findings to you in their preferred format, typically as a written report, presentation or self-produced video.

That’s it! Your organisation benefits from the analysis conducted as part of our participants’ Research Project ! You are welcome to submit as many as you wish.

DESCRIPTION: We have recently launched our in-own house product range of solar powered products aimed at the outdoor/hiking community. We want to find the most cost-effective way to gain maximum exposure to those who will be most responsive to this product range in Australia. We would also like to understand which marketing techniques and/or social media platforms result in the most genuine interest in our products. We hope to use this data to our marketing strategy in the latter part of 2021 and make use of local channels to share product information and generate sales leads.

EXPECTED HOURS: We would suggest that the students are able to commit a minimum of 20 hours to develop an understanding of our brand and vision and conduct appropriate research and analytical activities. Results must be presented clearly, and recommendations should be shown to be based on sound research and evidence

What are we looking for….

+ Organisations to establish a selection of genuine scenarios that would benefit from group project research and analysis. Companies of all size are welcome to tender for this.
