Internship Description:
Recruitment :
- Candidate profile search on multiple social media platforms such as Linkedin, desktop search, and job boards.
- Data entry to recruitment management tool (Hrmos)
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Participate in organizing company events and career days
Admin:
- Support with company procurements (finding and comparing vendors, purchasing and expense claims)
- Represent the company to visit government departments such as tax, and social insurance to submit documents if needed.
- Managing and storing company/employee documents.
- Providing support to staff members in other departments as request
Internship Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or final year student who can work full-time. If you have experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Organizational skills
