Marketing & Proposition Development Intern
Internship Description:
This job role is for a creative, talented, and business-savvy Digital Marketing or Product Management student.
This is an exceptional opportunity to develop a new proposition and marketing strategy for an existing solution, ‘Checkin Checkout’ (‘CICO’). This project role will be crucial in refining the marketing strategy and crafting compelling propositions to acquire new clients for the CICO solution.
The project is to review the solution in its current form, both digital and face-to-face, and create a new proposition to package up the solution for ease of access, marketing, and sales. The role will require that you understand the CICO solution of the business in a real way and communicate the benefits to Resilience Dynamic clients and followers.
- Review Current Solution: Understand the CICO solution in its current form, as well as the associated content created for CICO, and identify the strengths and weaknesses that exist.
- Market Analysis: Conduct targeted market research and analysis to identify key trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for differentiation within the market segment targeted by CICO.
- Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with the Resilience Dynamic team & Community of Practice to refine the overall value proposition for CICO, either enhancing the current version and/or creating a new digital service.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop a proposition with market position, customer benefits, differentiators, and possible marketing materials designed to effectively communicate the unique benefits and features of the new/updated solution(s).
- Content Creation: Generate engaging and persuasive content including service brochures and supporting webpages to support the communication of the new CICO proposition (if time allows)

- Strong B2B customer understanding and analytical skills.

- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Experience in social platforms Linkedin, WordPress, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Experience in digital marketing tools such as Canva and Hubspot (or other CRM systems).
- Experience in understanding and mapping B2B customers and their requirements.
