Human Resource Intern
Internship Description:
As a Human Resource Intern you will encompass a range of responsibilities within the Human Resources department, including candidate screening and interview coordination, meticulous management of employee databases, efficient global scheduling and appointment organization, comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources Manager, conducting strategic research and summarizing findings, overseeing visa and work permit procedures, monitoring probationary periods, contributing to HR projects, and aiding in the registration of insurance.
Possible tasks and projects include:
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments globally
- Assist Human Resources Manager with administration work, including data entry, services-tracking, documentation support, office events and file-storage support
- Assist Human Resources Manager with conducting information research, summarize and present it strategically
- Handle and keep track of visas & work permits for foreign staff
- Assist in driving HR projects as assigned from time to time
- Assist with Insurance registration
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Internship Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (writing, speaking and listening)
- Studying in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
- High problem-solving, communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Researching skills, know how to conduct secondary research
- Able to handle documentation in a systematic manner
- Service-minded, with an ability to multi-task, handle pressure and well organized
- Computer literate (Internet, Email, MS Offices; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
