Internship Description:

Possible tasks and projects include:

  • Assist front office operations with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Answer guest inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Provide information about hotel facilities and services
  • Other duties as assigned

N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.

Internship Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Being bilingual (English and another language) is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in the Opera Cloud system
  • Customer service skills
  • Basic background in the Hospitality industry
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on person
  • Availability to work any shifts
