Project Management Assistant
Internship Description
With this internship you will be liaising with the project director and team in order to constantly improve the team, their processes and delivery. You could potentially have great influence on the growth, reputation, reliability and success of the company going forward whilst enhancing your skills fine tuning what you want for your future career. Some of your responsibilities will include:
● Assist with Project Management team about daily work
● Participate in stand-up meeting in the morning
● Get knowledge and practice on agile methodology management
● Assist to improve satisfaction from existing clients
● Participate in client meeting with Project Manager
● Assist with content insertion, meeting minutes, etc.,
● Support other team like Marketing, Web Performance, Development, etc.
Requirements
Must have:
● Background in Computer Science, E-commerce, other related major
● Excellent English level (verbal and written)
● Experience in web, e-commerce, digital is a big plus
● Basic skill on Photoshop, HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a big plus
Nice to have:
● Fluently speaking and writing in Chinese
● Any other additional language is a plus
● Detail oriented
● Eager to learn and warrior spirit
● Teamwork and great personality to work in a multinational team and diverse functions
