Internship Description:
Interns are expected to be involved in and provide support in the following projects:
- Legal audits
- Legal management of companies
- Legal structuring of companies
- Public and private tenders
- Joint ventures
- Due diligence
- Know Your Customer
- Analysis of legal risks
- Analysis, modification and drafting of legal documents
- Legal advice
- Incorporation of companies
Internship Requirements:
An intern in this role must:
- Have knowledge in legal matters
- Have good organisational and time-management skills
- Be self-motivated, but able to work as part of a team
- Be able to learn to use software such as basic project management software, helpdesk software and Microsoft Office software
