Support & Integration Engineering Internship
Internship Description:
- Fully committed to provide the relevant SLA services to our customers
- Manage software patches and releases into live-production (including necessary rollbacks, etc)
- Assist in on-going load and performance testing activities
- Ensure on-schedule assignment completion, with timely communications to team lead/peers on assignment progress/status
- Prepare relevant maintenance documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related majors
- Good communications skills in English
- French would be a plus
- Experience with Linux and MySQL
- Linux (Redhat based)
- Ability to communicate technically-difficult concepts
- Document work procedures for a technical audience
- Quick-to-learn, detail oriented and proactive
