One of Chengdu´s most beautiful temples, Daci Monastery, is located in the very heart of the area. It also hosts a beautiful boutique hotel, The Temple House, which has over 100 rooms and 42 serviced apartments managed by this company. Internship Description:
- Develop training courses for the staff and practise customer relation service/management with them
- Help them develop a good level of business English
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Promote training courses and encourage staff to participate
- Organise team events
- Develop own ideas to support staff and help them develop business service skills
- Be in charge of general support and training
Requirements:
- English native speaker
- Excellent in communication and oral presentation
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills
- Good PC knowledge especially in MS PowerPoint
