Internship Description:
- Management according to group IT standards
- Daily hardware and software installation
- Guide users to solve all PC-side application problems of the company
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues
- Coordinate all IT resources to solve problems encountered by users
- Solve problems encountered in the application of users
- Operation and management of various IT systems
- Manage IT assets
Internship Requirements:
- Basic desktop/laptop/printer knowledge, Outlook/Mail, operating system knowledge, MS Office skills, etc.
- Proficient in the installation, configuration and maintenance of common software for windows domain and windows server
- Understand system security and network security
