Internship Position:
Food and Beverage (F&B) Internship
Internship Description:
- Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
- Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
- Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
- Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
- Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
- Food and beverage stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism Management or a related field is required.
This job requires the ability to perform the following:
- Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills
- Excellent command of English is a must
- Japanese or Korean is a plus
- Be willing to provide good service to the guests
- Problem solving, reading, motivation, organisational and training abilities
- Food & beverage service experience is preferred
- For face to face guest service experience, Opera system ability is preferred
- At times required to work nights, weekends and/or holidays
