Internship Position:

Technical Support Department

Internship Description:

Take significant responsibility for on-site project deployments
On-site technique support for clients and cooperation partners
Assist with project on-site maintenance and communication
Create and analyse project statistics, produce reports and present these to stakeholders
Write and update project documentation

Requirements:

Major in Computer Science or related.
Familiar with Linux system and deployment of Linux related services
Familiar with network foundation, can maintain and create foundation LAN
Able to solve normal network and desktop problem of LAN
Familiar with MySQL database, able to install MySQL database system independently, Proficient in T-SQL
Knowledge in storage system is preferential
Knowledge in server hardware, proficient in operating DELL server and BIOS system as well as install server system
