Food and Beverage (F&B) Internship

Internship Description

• Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
• Transmits to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments, complaints and other relevant information
• Works in team with the other employees
• Attends and participates in briefings and other meetings as scheduled
• Food and beverage stock is stored in relation to hotel procedures

Requirements

• Candidates with a major in Hospitality Management are preferred
• Candidates need to have strong spoken English or Japanese ability
• Previous experience in hotel industry is a plus
• Good communication skills and team spirit
