This 5 star hotel has recently been awarded as one of “China’s Top 100 Hotels”. It is located right in the heart of Chengdu, close to public transport and a mere 40 minutes from the airport. The hotel offers 402 guest rooms, including impressive Premier and Club rooms as well as beautiful suites. In their four restaurants they serve Chinese, Japanese and International Cuisine. Guests can relax in various lounges or use the hotel´s many leisure time facilities. The hotel is also well-known for hosting big events and conferences.

Internship Position:

Food and Beverage (F&B) Internship

Internship Description:

  • Supporting the F&B team with daily tasks and routines
  • Welcome guests and assist them with their needs
  • Bring in your personal ideas for improvement of the service quality

Requirements:

  •  University student
  •  Major in Hotel/Tourism Management/Hospitality/Gastronomy or related fields
  •  Related work experience a plus
  •  English Speaker
  •  Any other European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish etc.) is a plus
  •  Basic knowledge of Chinese is a plus
  •  Outgoing and communicative
  •  Able to work independently
  •  Team-player
  •  Very good understanding of Western service mentality
  •  High motivation to get hands-on experience
  •  Willingness to work at weekends and evenings
  •  Good understanding of customer’s needs in luxury brand industry
  •  Enjoy working in a Western-Chinese Team
