The concept of bringing the flavors and cuisine of the Spanish, French and Italian Mediterranean into one dining experience is the unique and innovative creation of the restaurant’s founder and President. The consistency of authenticity is impossible to reproduce without the inspiration of this region’s strong and culturally rich people. The restaurant works with the local farmers, fishermen and livestock growers to supply fresh products from Dalian and other nearby provences. Wines, cheeses, processed imported meats and some specialty items are imported by suppliers from all over China.
Internship Position:
Graphic Design Assistant
Internship Description:
- Create and design marketing materials for use on various platforms (including the website, social media and traditional print media)
- Provide ideas for the continuous improvement of existing media and marketing materials
- Using graphic design tools such as Photoshop and InDesign to create high quality graphics, photos and wording that matches the restaurant’s image as Dalian’s No.1 Western gourmet restaurant
Requirements:
- Creative thinker
- Interest in the hospitality industry and fine dining
- Strong interest and previous experience in Graphic Design
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and / or Indesign
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
