Internship Position:
Environmental Research Internship with Mexican Environmental Consultancy
Internship Description:
You will have the opportunity to participate in the development of environmental innovation projects in Mexico, to help fight climate change and transform the country’s economy.
You will be able to work and learn from professionals with experience in environmental impact projects, land usage change, flora and wildlife, reforestation, integrated waste management and environmental education.
Your role will consist of:
- Participating in the development of environmental studies to obtain environmental authorisation from the federal government.
- Handling and working with specialised software to carry out environmental simulations, mapping, calculations etc.
- Developing environmental programmes that can be applied to renewable energy projects.
Internship Requirements:
- We are looking for applicants who are studying or recently studied an environmental science related degree.
- Interest in environmental and energy issues
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Strong writing and research skills
- Data and information management
