Role:
English Language Intern
Internship Description:
Possible tasks and projects include:
Job Descriptions:
- To prepare a lesson plan, teaching materials, handouts, and relevant activities in a learning session;
- To assign and examine exercises and homework;
- To identify learners with special requirements and propose individualized and augmentative plans;
- To provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior;
- To propose new language teaching methods for the Company’s consideration and improvement;
- To collaborate with the Company’s course controllers to oversee the class and come up with further proposals to increase effectiveness.
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Internship Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s Degree from an accredited university
- Knowledge of various teaching methods
- Deep understanding of different English Language Learning programs and Syllabus
- Be patient and resilient
- Able to work independently or with minimal daily supervision
- A proactive, self-motivated manner with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- An infinitely curious and open mind to learn and grow
- Good at English
