Customer Service Intern
Possible tasks and projects include:
- Support, advice and presentation of solutions to customers, by email, telephone and face-to-face
- Management of complaints and incidents with orders
- Possibility of involvement in other projects according to the company’s needs and candidate’s knowledge
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
- Fluency in 2 languages (English – fluent; additional language: Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, German – fluent) (elimination factor)
- Good communication and learning skills
- Experience in customer service and support area(preferred)
- Good computer skills Initiative and leadership spirit
