Client Success Executive Intern
Possible tasks and projects include:
- Actively manage and nurture relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure that client needs are being met
- Communicate with clients regularly to understand their needs and concerns
- Identify and resolve any issues that clients may have with the company’s products or services
- Provide feedback to the company’s leadership team about client needs and concerns in order to inform strategic decision-making
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
- Strong English communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to foster positive business relationships
