Internship Description:
Possible tasks and projects include:
- Provide ideas to attract new customers and expand sales
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Finding and reaching out to potential customers to create new business opportunities
- Update the database of current and potential customers regularly
- Understand all the company’s services and communicate clearly with customers
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all activities of the company are smooth
- Support Marketing events, develop content for the company’s website
- Support or conduct presentations, product presentations to potential customers
- Respond to customer complaints within allowable limits
- Collaborate with other associates to increase sales
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Internship Requirements:
- Undergraduate or <3 years of experience
- Understanding business performance metrics
- Ability to self-motivate, set specific goals, and focus on achieving them
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Have good organizational and time management skills
- Confidently offer to many types of customers
- Be open to receiving suggestions
