Event Planning Internship
Internship Description
● Propose ideas for event planning, design and production within time limits.
● Supporting to organize facilities and manage event’s details following event team’s.
● Flexibly raise solution and report any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
● Report on outcomes from pre- and post – event evaluations.
● Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest.
Requirements
● Proven experience as an events planner or organizer.
● MS Office proficiency.
● Proven teamwork skill with results-oriented focus.
● Excellent written and oral communication & presentation skills.
● Passion for sport and event
● Must be effective at multitasking and have a positive, proactive attitude.
● Some non-traditional working hours may be expected
