This company is based in Qingdao and produces tailor designed homeware and decorative products for small businesses and wholesalers. Their main products include candle holders, vases, photo frames, home decorations and storage. Their main market is currently North America, however they have been establishing more and more partnerships in Europe over the last 12 months. Their main European consumers are currently in Germany, Poland, Belgium and the UK, however France is a target market they hope to develop. They exhibit their products every year at the Hong Kong and the Canton Trade Fair, as well as at smaller local trade shows.

Trade, Sales & Marketing Assistant
Internship Description:
- Learn about the products and create an internal report on the business
- Identify target markets
- Maintain contact with current customers to discuss new orders
- Establish contact with new businesses for wholesale or one off deals
- Market research and analysis
- Help to develop the company’s online presence
Requirements:
- Clear spoken English
- Background in International Trade or related major
- An interest in decorative and houseware products
- An interest in international trade
- An eye for detail
