Role:
HR / Talent Acquisition Intern
Internship Description:
- Candidate Sourcing: Assist with identifying and sourcing high-caliber executive candidates through multiple channels (databases, LinkedIn, networking).
- Database Management: Keep candidate and client records up to date, ensuring data accuracy in our internal system.
- Research & Market Analysis: Conduct industry research to support senior consultants in executive search projects and provide insights for client coaching sessions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and senior consultants, managing calendars and communications.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for both executive search and coaching programs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with two senior consultants to streamline processes, share insights, and assist with various administrative tasks.
- Project Assistance: Help coordinate coaching programs and follow-ups, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Internship Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (Business, Human Resources, Psychology, etc.)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn about executive search and coaching methodologies
