Internship Description:
As an Affiliate & Sales Academy Intern, you’ll gain a solid foundation in performance marketing and learn how to drive exceptional results. You’ll become familiar with our performance tools and have the opportunity to delve deep into our workflow. Our goal is to hire the top performers from the Academy for permanent positions.
This training academy is ideal for those with professional experience in a different field who are eager to transition their career into performance marketing.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and optimizing digital ad campaigns to meet client needs
- Analyzing daily statistics and reports using our internal performance tools and systems
- Supporting affiliate managers and account managers with daily activities for partner accounts and campaigns across all geographies
- Conducting marketing research and analysis based on campaign performance
- Identifying and recommending top-performing campaigns for each partner’s traffic
Internship Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential
- A passion for working with data and numbers
- Experience in Media or Affiliate Marketing is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in creating reports and tables in Google Sheets and Excel
