It offers independent counsel, arbitrator, and mediator services internationally. As an independent and autonomous law practice that focuses exclusively on dispute resolution, The host company remains conflict-free in taking up sensitive instructions and taking on corporations and institutions that other law firms cannot act against.

International Clerk/Intern
Internship Description:
The host company offers the following programs:
- International Clerkships (3 – 6 months) for foreign lawyers and foreign postgraduates in law, and
- Internships (4 weeks) for local and foreign law undergraduates.
An internship with the host company will allow aspiring young lawyers to experience life as specialist dispute lawyers first-hand. Our interns and clerks will attend meetings, hearings, and discussions with the company’s teams. They will also be given substantive legal assignments such as research and drafting legal documents. They will monitor their progress and receive regular feedback from our team of Counsel.
Interns will also gain more insight into the firm’s culture and other aspects of legal practice through social gatherings and events and structured sessions with the firm’s leadership. They will also be assigned a Counsel who will act as their mentor and aid and guide them through their internship experience.
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Internship Requirements:
- Holding a degree related to legal/law or any degree relevant
- Fluent in English
- Candidates should have experience or a keen interest in complex, high-value dispute work.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Moots experience and a range of extracurricular activities.
