Internship Description:

The host company seeks a Legal/Law Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal matters within a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Legal/Law Intern, you will work closely with legal team to support various legal initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law.
  • Support the drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Assist in preparing legal memos, briefs, and correspondence.
  • Support the management and organization of legal documentation and files.
  • Support the legal team in various administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
  • Assist in reviewing and analyzing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Attend meetings, hearings, and court proceedings as needed and assist in preparing meeting minutes and summaries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations.

Internship Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law school or legal studies program.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience or coursework in legal research, drafting, and analysis is a plus.
  • Familiarity with legal research databases and resources is a plus.
