Internship Description:
This internship will provide you with a unique opportunity to apply your classroom knowledge to real-world challenges in the exciting field of petroleum engineering. You will work alongside experienced engineers to integrate reservoir simulation models with well performance data using industry-standard tools like Openserver (VBA) or Visual Workflow (Resolve). Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate reservoir simulation models and well performance data using Openserver scripts (VBA) or Visual Workflow (Resolve).
- Gain exposure to data management and manipulation techniques.
- Develop basic programming skills through scripting and workflow creation.
- Contribute to ongoing projects under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate technical findings.
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Learning Objectives:
- Gain experience working with integrated asset models (IAM) and well models.
- Develop expertise in interacting with diverse oil and gas data sets.
- Build fundamental programming skills applicable to the industry.

Internship Requirements:
- 3rd or final year students only as knowledge of well performance is required
- Prior experience with VBA scripting is a plus
