Valuation Services Intern
Internship Description:
- You’ll conduct market and industry research to stay ahead of the curve in the Vietnamese property market.
- Build and analyze a comprehensive valuation database, ensuring all the information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Construct and analyze financial models to support the valuation process.
- Learn the ropes by assisting with the preparation of valuation reports.
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Internship Requirements:
- Strong English language skills are essential for clear communication and research tasks.
- Proven research and analytical skills are a must!
- A strong grasp of valuation concepts will give you a head start.
- You’re self-motivated and able to work independently, taking initiative when needed.
