Legal Associate Intern
Internship Description:
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research on international legal topics, statutes, and regulations
to support the legal team - Document Review: Assist in the review and analysis of legal documents, contracts, and
agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance - Translation Support: Collaborate with the translation team on legal document translation and
quality control - Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings, gaining exposure to client interactions and
communication - Documentation: Draft and edit legal documents, correspondence, and memos under the
guidance of experienced legal professionals - Project Coordination: Aid in project management and administrative tasks related to legal
projects
Internship Requirements:
- Enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal program
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with a passion for legal excellence
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in multiple languages (especially beneficial).
