Role:
Sales & Customer Service Internship
Internship Description:
Possible tasks include:
- Identify individuals that would like to undertake online language lessons – either one to one or as part of a small group
- Collect further information from the student including email address, location, target language and level
- Send details of services to those individuals including pricing options
- Maintain database records accurately and in a timely fashion
- Communicate with Direct Customer Team any prospective clients (this team will then take over the customer journey)
- Follow up with all leads
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
