Established in 2008, This Internship Host Company is a full-service law firm providing clients with a wide range of legal services from corporate formation, acquisition and share divestment, and complex construction arrangements to company dissolution.
As a full-service law firm, the Internship Host Company also has a strong litigation team consisting of pure litigation lawyers teamed up with litigation lawyers who are trained and experienced as corporate and commercial lawyers. This combination will benefit the clients not only to achieve the expected results but also in easily monitoring cases with the “commercial sense” approaches of our litigation practice.

Legal Intern
Internship Description:
Possible tasks and projects include:
- Keeping up with new laws, amendments, and any legal news.
- Performing legal and market research on current cases.
- Drafting legal documents based on the lawyer’s instructions.
- Participating in the company’s activities and programs.
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Internship Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
- B Grade Applicant (USA – Minimum GPA of 3,0).
- Beneficial to have had 6-12 months of experience as a Legal Intern in any law firm.
- Good communication skills with excellent English speaking and writing skills, Chinese writing skills would be a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to work individually and in a team.
