Customer Support and AI Intern

Internship Description:

Objective: The Customer Support and AI Intern will be responsible for studying the tasks, responsibilities, and processes of the customer support department at a securities company and suggesting how AI can be applied to transform them. The intern will work with the customer support team and technical team to implement and test AI solutions and evaluate their effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the existing customer support processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Research and evaluate AI solutions that can be applied to customer support processes, such as chatbots, natural language processing, and sentiment analysis
  • Work with the technical team to integrate the AI solutions into the customer support processes
  • Test the AI solutions and identify any issues that need to be addressed
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the AI solutions and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare a report and presentation outlining the AI solutions implemented and their impact on the customer support processes
  • Collaborate with the customer support team and technical team to identify new opportunities for AI solutions in customer support

N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.

Internship Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong presentation skills
