Skilled rotorblade technicians are in high demand as the wind industry continues to expand, and must operate to a recognised standard.
Role:
Business Strategy Support Intern
Internship Description:
Their training courses at the academy and the sale and lease of their specialist rope-access technologies and platforms have a growing customer base in South Africa, Australia, and elsewhere.
As they expand these aspects of the business, they are keen to have the help of interns for:
- Conducting market research on potential wind energy clients
- Conducting research and analysis on industry trends and market conditions
- Supporting the development and execution of business strategies
- Assisting in the management of customer relationships through a CRM system
- Coordinating lead generation efforts across various channels
- Managing and collaborating with other teams to optimize CRM usage for business development
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop effective lead generation campaigns
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Internship Requirements:
- Relevant educational background: A degree or pursuing a degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Research and analytical skills: having excellent research and analytical skills to conduct market research, analyze industry trends and market conditions to inform business decisions.
- Having excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Being a team player who can work well with others and collaborate with different teams across different regions.
- Self-starter, proactive and gives attention to detail
- Being adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment across different time zones and regions.
